ABUS RAW ILS is a platform designed for both pilots and non-pilots seeking to enhance their skills in flying A/THR engaged raw data ILS approaches, replicating a flight display akin to those found in modern airliners. This simulation commences with a fixed CONFIG FULL setup and A/THR activation, withholding the option for configuration adjustments or A/THR disconnection during the approach phase. The simulation concludes under different conditions, such as reaching an out-of-tolerance limit, achieving the established minimums, or after 7 seconds from selecting GA. Users have the flexibility to adjust environmental and ILS data accordingly. Additionally, a basic GA maneuver (gear and single-stage flap retraction) may be executed once the simulation descends below the GA acceleration altitude.
